This just proves how scary deep fakes and ai can be. People could ruin an idols career in seconds be it dating rumours or something more serious.😔 also people forget how taboo same gender relationships still are in East Asian countries and could put the people involved at risk from homophobic people.

Honestly I had no idea what was going on because I'm not really a moa. But I looked it up and it's horrifying, no matter if it's true or not. Saying it is true, he should not be hated for it! Saying it is false, what I believe is the case, this person truly is horrible. People like them always take action without thinking about the consequences or how they would feel in these situations themselves. I just wish the world was more respectful, friendly and accepting. I wish Soobin a lot of luck🙏🏻 Hopefully everything will work out!

The worst part though is that if that was the case - the reaction of a huge chunk of so called fans is very concerning. The homophobia is absolutely disgusting and doesn't give much hope for any queer idols to be able to come out any time soon even if they really wanted to.

This is so icky. It’s terrifying how easy it is now to falsify “proof” and how hard it can be to discern validity with how quickly rumors/images spread on the internet. I definitely take pause when I see any news or rumors these days bc unfortunately we can’t just take anything at face value anymore

There was a Korean Actor that had a lady make dating accusations and that he was a bad partner and he had to leave variety shows even though he denied it. A couple of weeks later the lady came out to say that she had started a story on ChatGPT and just got so far into it, she started believing it. But this guy’s career has been negatively affected because someone got too invested in a ChatGPT story!
