Soy Feliz - Poncho Zuleta . . . . . #ponchozuleta #soyfeliz #vallenato #fyp
We were raised in South Africa to be careful. Don’t talk to strangers. Don’t be too friendly. Don’t walk alone. Don’t go out too late. Share your location. Call when you get home. Keep your keys between your fingers. Always know your escape route. We were raised to be afraid. Afraid of being followed. Afraid of getting into the wrong car. Afraid of walking to our front doors. Afraid that a simple interaction could turn into something much darker. And somehow, women have been expected to carry the responsibility of preventing violence against us. But South African women deserve more than warnings. We deserve safety. We shouldn’t have to spend our lives learning how to avoid becoming victims. We shouldn’t have to make ourselves smaller, quieter, less friendly, less free just to survive in our own country. So to the men who tell the women in your lives, “Be careful” — we hear you. But now we need you to ask yourselves: What are YOU doing to make South Africa safer for women? Protect us. Speak up. Challenge your friends. Hold men accountable. Teach boys differently. Don’t look away. Because women shouldn’t have to live in fear just to live in South Africa. We are not asking for special treatment. We are asking for the basic right to feel safe in our own country. South Africa, it’s time we stopped teaching women how to survive and started creating a country where women can simply live.
🎥:Joker | Joaquin Phoenix based his laugh on "videos of people suffering from pathological laughter." He also sought to portray a character with which audiences could not identify. Pathological laughter is a real-life disorder which causes that the patient suffers of uncontrollable laugh attacks as response for tense or stress situations. Although isn't usual, these attacks can stop the normal flux of oxygen to the brain or lungs, causing hypoxia or even asphyxia in the patient. #joker #joaquinphoenix #joker2 #movie
