Yeah, every state has registered agents…. The rules for LLCs are different in every state. It’s also pretty cheap in most states. I’m not sure what the point of spending the money to fly to Wyoming to go to an office you knew they wouldn’t be at and logically wouldn’t tell you anything. 🤷🏼♀️

as someone who's formed an LLC in Wyoming (I live in Wyoming) I filed my address with a registered agent because I didn't want people knowing where I live because I didn't have an office. there are many legitimate businesses that do that but this one is definitely questionable. why is someone from texas using a Wyoming llc sending out mailers
