I've been through a lot over the last few months and I'm still not fully recovered from my surgery. Whenever my boys aren't with me, I feel numb and empty. I find myself worrying and feeling anxious because I don't know what they're doing or how they're doing when they're with their dad. I hate feeling this way every single time, but I guess it's part of adjusting to co parenting, even though it's still something I struggle with. Yes, I cry almost every single day because being a single mom is HARD. Sometimes, I wish I could have a normal life with my boys, where I didn't have to miss them so much or feel this emptiness when they're not with me. But life doesn't always turn out the way we imagined, and nobody's life is perfect. What I'm most grateful for is that my boys have both their mom and dad in their lives, and I will never take that for granted. 🩷 I've decided to start going to the gym. 😂🤦🏻‍♀️ As most of you know the gym has never really been my thing, but I'm pushing myself to do something good for ME and my boys. I want to take care of myself physically and mentally, and I hope working out will help me feel better, clear my mind, and stop overthinking so much. I'm not embarrassed to talk about what I'm going through because I know I'm not the only one struggling. Some single moms, single dads, and even parents who are still together are fighting battles that others know nothing about. I just want you to know that if you're struggling, YOU ARE NOT ALONE. Give yourself grace, take things one day at a time, and remember that it's okay not to be okay. We're doing the best we can for ourselves and our kiddos, and that makes us stronger than we realize. We've got this, badass moms and dads! 💪🏼❤️‍🔥 We're in this together! 🫶🏻 #struggleisreal #coparenting #gymhelp 🤷🏻‍♀️ #bestrong #deaftiktok
