I go through the same but my mother in law takes my 3 year old so I catch up on rest and self care my husband works overnights so it help just remember you need rest to mama your taking care of two kids it’s draining ❤️

As long as she is safe and taken care of to when she is with dad. Let her go. Even if it’s 5 hours so you can take a quick nap. 🫶🏼
