Welcome to the official TikTok page for PCAA! I’m Layten Dyson, the founder and president, and I wanted to make this first video to explain what PCAA is and how it works. PCAA is being built to give people a place to get involved, have their voices heard, and learn how to handle concerns in a fair and organized way. Here’s how it works: members can get involved, follow our guidelines, submit concerns through our grievance process, and have their concerns reviewed according to our procedures. We also have leadership roles and organizational rules to help keep everything running smoothly and fairly. Right now, we’re getting everything set up, including our handbook, forms, and official procedures. Any activities or meetings will follow our established guidelines. This is just the beginning, and I’m excited to show y’all what we’re building! Make sure to follow this page for updates, announcements, and more information about joining PCAA. Welcome to PCAA. Let’s get started!
