Yes but feeling pretty is one thing, having someone actually find you attractive for a long period of time while being constantly exposed to way more prettier girls is another. That’s why it’s hard to believe when someone is having a crush on me.

This was a hurdle that took FOREVER for therapists to understand and help me with. I understand that people find me attractive, I understand I have good qualities. But i was struggling so badly to feel like those things would ever be enough.

YESS i like me! i think i’m attractive and fun and cool and smart and a good partner. BUT i don’t know if other people feel the same way. i don’t know if i express myself effectively, or if they like my traits in the same way i do. i would love to date someone like me, but sometimes it seems like no one else would!

personally it’s so hard to feel pretty due to the constant exposure to other pretty women, it’s hard to remain feeling pretty when another pretty girl shows up because I instantly compare myself to her and I start questioning why a guy remains liking me when there are genuinely wayyy prettier girls it’s like mind blowing
