I was coming to say the exact same thing everyone already said. Where has he been and why hasn’t he seen his baby? Then he says that they lost custody of an older child because of the same issues! Why did they even have this baby if they didn’t ever get the older child back? What is going on that so many babies are dying because child services and the authorities are failing them?!?!
