@inylegacy: 🤣 WATCH somebody jump in these comments talking about, “This is a SCAM!” So now knowing your consumer rights and using FEDERAL LAW is a scam?! 😭😂 I can see why so many people are STILL CONFUSED ABOUT MONEY! 🤔💸 Some of y'all have been trained to believe that if a debt shows up on your credit report, you MUST pay it before it can ever come off. WHO TOLD YOU THAT?! 👀 There's a BIG difference between owing a debt and a company having the legal right to report inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information about that debt. The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) gives consumers the right to dispute information and requires credit bureaus to investigate. Information that can't be verified as accurate may have to be removed or corrected. Now, that doesn't mean every legitimate debt magically disappears or that removing it cancels what you owe. But here's where it gets interesting… 👇🏽 Some people would rather ARGUE about the law than LEARN how to use it! 🎯 And THAT'S why we're having this conversation! 🔥 LET'S SETTLE THIS IN THE COMMENTS: Do you believe you should HAVE to pay a debt before it can be removed from your credit report? YES or NO? 👇🏽 Defend your answer! 🍿 📌 FOLLOW @INYLegacy because we're teaching the credit game they should've taught us YEARS ago! 💳 Comment "CREDIT" if you're tired of letting negative credit hold you back from homeownership, business capital, and bigger financial opportunities. #CreditRestoration #ConsumerRights #FCRA #CreditEducation #CreditScore
