to be fair, listing the Elmi name could be as simple as a CYA move incase her real name turns out to be Elmi and dodnt want any murkyness when it comes to validity of a search warrant using the wrong name. Due to the heft of the allegations that her father was highly ranked in a murderous regime, the alleged incest, various forms of immigration fraud, ongoing immigration fraud every time she used the passport, and status as a sitting representative currently campaigning, this is one of the few times that I think people should take a step back, let the investigation play out to a point where information can be relied upon. This one is turning particularly potentially volatile. Just gunna eat my popcorn and watch the 2 sides battle this one out.

it doesn’t matter how you twist the fact that in islam everyone is named the same 5 names - she married her brother. she did it, most likely, to commit fraud of some kind - not because she was fucking her brother.
