換個節奏，整個家的空氣都鬆開了 🌿 這陣子每天接雙寶放學， 他們總會撒嬌想在學校的綠森林多待一會兒， 或是想到附近的公園跑跑跳跳。 回想以前的傍晚，節奏總是像打仗一樣。 一接完小孩就得急匆匆趕回家張羅晚餐； 雙寶上了一整天課累積的緊繃感無處釋放， 而爸爸一下班踏進家門，趕忙洗個澡 ，就得立刻無縫接軌接手顧小孩。 那段時間，全家人的情緒常常都繃在弦上。 後來我想， 與其每天卡在時間的焦慮裡，不如試著把步調慢下來。 下課後，就順著他們的意願吧！ 陪他們在綠森林撿落葉、在公園溜滑梯， 好好把在學校一整天的情緒與壓力在草地上跑掉、放掉。 意外的是，這樣的微調， 竟然替全家人找到了最棒的平衡點。 我發現，比起一下班就要面對滿電的孩子， 待在廚房切菜炒菜，反而成了爸爸最放鬆、最享受的 Me Time。 現在的新默契變成： 爸爸下班回家，先舒服悠閒地洗個熱水澡， 再不慌不忙進廚房掌廚； 雙寶在外面徹底放完電， 一進家門肚子正餓， 剛好能吃上爸爸熱騰騰端上桌的美味晚餐； 而我也不用再像趕場一樣分秒必爭。 剛出爐的滷雞肉熱氣騰騰， 看著雙寶鼓著腮幫子認真吹涼、 大口大口滿足地吃著爸爸煮的菜， 突然覺得：育兒生活不一定要按照既定的公式走， 只要稍微轉個彎，每個人都能在日子裡找到最舒服的位置 ❤️  大家家裡下課後的傍晚時光， 也是像打仗一樣，還是已經找到彼此舒服的節奏了呢？ #漢娜的育兒日常#放學日常 #育兒生活 #家庭節奏 #慢下來的美好
