@lillianzhang_: It’s not the degree, it’s what you do with it! I remember experiencing immense pressure to study what “worked” which was STEM (or anything related to coding), especially from an Asian background. But I later realized it’s better to be the top performer in a specific field than be average in “what works” (and tbh with AI now who knows what the future holds!)
