And then my social skills still cost me everything. As a neurodivergent person I still cant keep a job cause my behaviour(expressions, way I look at people, how I look while doing something) makes them uncomfterable. Yeah, literally been told this twice.

it's meant to say that your grades don't define your worth as a person, so they shouldn't decide your self worth of course, please put effort on your grades, but don't beat yourself over a bad grade

C’s get degrees and if you’re gaining. Work experience while earning said Cs it actually doesn’t impact you as much as you’d think. Signed a 2.7 undergraduate , 3.9 Masters 1, and 4.0 Master 2 student with a Sr. Level job title.

They do, but retaining knowledge and being able to apply ot after the exam is more important. Like, a 90%, where you forget everything next week might feel nice, but an 80% where you only have to skim through the material mext time it shows up (or not even have to do that) is much more useful
