He recently went on air to express his displeasure over the negative reactions to his cult group’s renovation of a police station in Abuloma. Abdulrahman also stated that his DNKI cult has been looking for ways to get Naija Confra, but we urge him to be very careful so that we don’t get him first. Many of these cult groups have come after our team both physically and through other means, but they know what they encountered, and while many have given up, others keep trying. Abdulrahman Saleh and the leaders of other registered and unregistered cult groups must understand that they lead violent and dang£rous organizations, and until they change their violent ways, the public will continue to judge them by their actions. Registered cult groups like DNKI were only created to mislead the public and shift the blame for all the violence and k**lings away from themselves, while in fact, they are the real sponsors and k**lers. During cult clashes, rivals do not ask if you are DNKI or Vikings because they know they are the same. Cultists like Abdulrahman Saleh move with police protection because he is a king, while others who join because of him eventually get k**led when trouble comes. Naija Confra don’t just preach “Reject Cultism” to non-cultists, we also preach “Reject Violence” to cultists, and we appreciate it when cultists do the right things. However, our position remains clear: we do not support cultism in our “security institutions” and our “schools.” Our security institutions are the last hope for safety and security, while our schools are where our k!ds and the leaders of tomorrow are. Cult groups can carry out charitable activities elsewhere without bringing cultism into our security institutions and schools. The authorities should listen and understand how deeply cultism has spread. Dang£rous cult groups renovate police stations and other security institutions on a regular basis because the authorities have failed to do their jobs.
