Halloween candy has went up 76% since 2020. That is pure corporate greed. At its worst inflation was about 8% that’s a 68% corporate greed so their CEO can buy their 3rd yacht this year.

It has been 18 years since the Great Recession. A lot of people wisely chose to opt out of parenthood after that recession. Their kids don't need Halloween candy since they don't exist.

Halloween is going to die, the kids can't trick or treat anymore, no one can buy candy, and costumes are over priced or if you make it yourself for the materials, still over priced. But at least Micheals has pastel disco halloween💀
