Looks beautiful, but please consider repotting the olive tree. Don’t add soil higher than the original top of plant when in the new pot. Only add soil to the base and sides. The trunk will likely rot.

Please tell me you’re putting blinds! I used to be a delivery driver and a lot of new houses have giant windows and trust me if it felt like an invasion of privacy from outside I can only imagine what it would feel like living inside.
