@akuaajlwm9r: 🍕 GOLDI MIMI’S HOMEMADE BEEF AND PEPPERONI PIZZA Goldi Mimi prepared homemade pizza dough using flour, sugar, salt, butter, milk, yeast, and optional nutmeg. She kneaded the dough, covered it with cling film, and left it to rise. She made fresh pizza sauce by pounding tomatoes, garlic, a little fresh pepper, tomato paste, and onions together, then simmering the blended mixture with oil, thyme, black pepper, and other seasonings. She cut boneless beef into small cubes, washed it with water and lemon juice, then seasoned and cooked it with oil, black pepper, paprika, thyme, beef seasoning, ginger powder, garlic powder, and onion powder. Next, she sliced pepperoni, grated mozzarella cheese, and cut onions and red, green, yellow, and orange bell peppers into round slices. She shaped the risen dough into a medium-sized pizza base, placed it in a yellow round pizza baking tin, spread the pizza sauce over it, and added the seasoned beef, pepperoni, onions, bell peppers, and plenty of mozzarella cheese. Finally, she baked the fully loaded pizza in her handmade traditional clay oven until the crust was golden and crispy and the cheese was melted and stretchy. She sliced the pizza and enjoyed it at her campsite with her tiger cub, sharing some pizza with her little companion. 💗🍕🐯
