there are so many problems with this, theres no filter and i can assume it is definitely not cycled, meaning ammonia can literally kill them, and doing that can easily stress out the fish because you’re not even acclimating

Could be smart if the drain holes were an inch away from the bottom. That would allow a small amount of original water to remain. Then you could dip into the new container to allow temperature to acclimatize.
