This bubble is different than the 2008 RE mortgage bubble. It’s concentrated in the VCs, and private credit providers. I wonder when it pops, how much of the actual economy would be affected? It’s like if there was a Beverly Hills RE crash. Yeah, VCs will get hurt, but if the only effect this has on GDP is to them, it’s fake GDP because it’s concentrated to them
