If you are also facing challenges in your school, speak up about your situation without making another teacher look bad for speaking out. you are all teachers, and we should support one another rather than compete over who is suffering the most. If her school’s condition is poor, yours may be even worse, but that should encourage you to speak up too, not to discredit her. Together, we can advocate for better working conditions and quality education for all, instead of pulling one another down.
