It’s been 2 months since my last surgery, which consisted of getting me getting my erectile device placed. As I’ve mentioned previously, I have the Coloplast Titan pump. For obvious reasons, the left side of my scrotum is firmer than the right side. Both the implant and the pump fills my scrotum well enough to my liking. Being completely transparent: physically, I can’t see the implant BUT when it’s pumped up I can see exactly where it was placed. When deflated, I can’t see it, but I can FEEL where the implant was placed. Pumping it up doesn’t cause pain, unless my hand slips and I accidentally pinch my ballsack. With time, this will happen less often. Another disclaimer: due to the fact that I only got one cylinder and my penis is heavy: when pumped up, it doesn’t stand straight out. This doesn’t mean that it doesn’t work. The implant still solidifies me, and makes intercourse more enjoyable and all of the positions that I did prior to my previous surgery, I can still achieve. As far as sensation? It’s still there, I can still feel everything.
