Honey let me tell you. The day after my mother passed away I had some asshole call me stating he wanted to buy my mom's house. I asked this guy how did he know my name and my number. He said he looked up probate records and it had my info there. This should be against the law it should be private but unfortunately it's not. Meanwhile I told the guy alls you want to do is low ball it then take it make all upgrades and either sell it or rent it. Like shove it up your ass. I recommend anyone keep the house don't sell to these pissy people
