When I worked with law enforcement in Maine I was told they wanted to close the kids jail so don't send anyone unless it'll cause an incident not to. They want a bunch of tiny local kids jails instead.

absolutely keep them in jail and while we're at it why don't we bring the death penalty to all sex offenders even first time offenders. it's ridiculous how so many of these pedophiles get a slap on the wrist for destroying a child's life
