you're wrong to call people's name just to get hype. why you keep picking at the individual if he don't trouble you.

TAHINI BANOFFEE OATS. RECIPE 22/100 The VVIP ritual for blood sugar stability. 🍌🥣 If you find yourself reaching for all the carbs the week before your cycle, your body isn’t “failing” you - it’s asking for specific fuel. Back in my personal chef days, I created this Tahini Banoffee Oats for a VVIP client who needed to satisfy a deep sweet craving without the mid-morning hormone crash. It’s since become my own non-negotiable morning ritual. We are pairing slow-release complex carbs with high-integrity fats from runny tahini + mineral-rich blackstrap molasses. It’s functional, it’s indulgent, + it’s a chef’s kiss to your endocrine system. INGREDIENTS This serving is for 1 person. 50g rolled organic oats 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon a good pinch allspice a good pinch turmeric + black pepper 1/4 teaspoon Ashwagandha 120ml pure almond milk 150ml filtered water a good pinch of Celtic sea salt FOR THE BANOFFEE BANANA 1/2 banana, sliced down the vertical 1 teaspoon virgin coconut oil pinch blackstrap molasses sugar TAHINI SAUCE Combine until smooth: 1 tablespoon runny tahini, 1 tablespoon hot water, a pinch of Celtic sea salt, + 1/2 teaspoon blackstrap molasses. METHOD Place the oats, chia seeds, spices, + salt into a small, heavy-based saucepan. Pour in the almond milk + water. Stir over a medium heat until the porridge begins to simmer. Lower the heat + simmer gently for 15–20 minutes. Stir regularly - this agitation is key to a creamy consistency! Whilst the oats are simmering, heat a skillet over medium heat + add coconut oil. Add banana halves, cut side down. Cook for 3 mins until golden and caramelised. Add in blackstrap molasses sugar until dissolved + glossy - don’t burn it! Serve: Spoon the porridge into a warmed bowl. Top with the banoffee banana, tahini sauce, an extra pinch of Celtic sea salt + a dusting of cinnamon. SAVE this for when the craving hits - your body will thank you later. And SHARE this with a sister! P.S. are you a drizzle or dollop person when it comes to tahini? Let me know below! 👇
