I made the decision to cut somebody off this year that would constantly give me a hard time for not checking on them, I show up with the capacity that I have at the time and it’s never enough. It was so draining, has been draining for years. I used to be so scared of how they’d respond but I’m now at a place where I feel comfortable walking away from these dynamics. It’s a lot!
