@kenthovindofficial: Historical evidence suggests the crucifixion occurred on a Wednesday, challenging the traditional Good Friday timeline. #HistoryFacts #Theology #BiblicalStudies
Ancient Jewish timekeeping counted any part of a day as a full day, so being in the tomb on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday morning fulfilled the traditional three-day timeline.

Sorry but no. Genesis tells you how to count days. Evening overnight into morning, one day. Thursday evening overnight crucified Friday, day 1. Friday evening overnight Saturday, day 2. Saturday evening overnight Sunday morning, day 3.

correct, and the Chinese recorded his death in 31ad "man from heaven died, pardon is proclaimed throughout the earth". 31ad also will give you a Wednesday crucifixion.

NO! Jesus was crucified on a Thursday because he rose after the Sabbath which was Sunday morning.

John 11:9 Jesus said, "A DAY HAS TWELVE HOURS, hasn't it?" So whoever walks in broad daylight does not stumble, for they see the light of this world.

It’s because people are counting days, not based on a Jewish day. We start days at sunrise and Jews start days at sunset.
