Who is this guy? I am a Korean-american who has lived in Korea for last 15 years and where did he shop? One Tofu being 4 dollars (5,500 won) is absolutely crazy. I can literally buy one less than 1 dollar (near Madu station) and 1+1 in around 3 dollars in most major marts.

Most Koreans buy packaged and manufactured goods at large supermarkets, while they generally buy vegetables and fruits at neighborhood grocery stores or traditional markets.

Probably because emart is just basically too expensive atp just go to a supermarket that’s close to you like me and usually it’s right if you wanted the food you want but I mostly buy stuff that’s either 1+1 or something that’s on sale

I’ve always found that Emart is more expensive for some reason. I mostly use local stores and also halal meat and chicken are much cheaper

Except the fruits and vegetables....everything is almost the same in the Balkans Europe..So no worries.we are the same on prices while minimum salary is 600 euros and medium salary is 800 euro.
