Immunity just means they can’t use what he says in his testimony to bring charges against him. If they have alternate evidence that supports a crime was committed, he can be still be charged.

I heard he has limited immunity in that what he testifies to cannot be used against him and anything investigative that happens based on his testimony is inadmissible. But if they have evidence of crimes without his testimony they can still get him.
