A lot of negative people in these comments. A lot of them aren’t truck drivers and don’t know what it means to do the things we do. We know of slow downs in certain areas, so getting on the express way avoids those moments. Most people that are a threat on the roads, are 4 wheel drivers. We are trying to get to places, and get home just like everyone else. We drive over 3000 miles a week just to make sure you are getting what you need, or ordered as soon as possible. If we sit in traffic, that’s causes delays in shipping and takes longer for you to get that Amazon package you ordered. Maybe use more of your common sense to allow more room for big trucks to stop, or have to get over. Especially trucks that aren’t pulling trailers, then need even more room to stop because the brakes are so sensitive when not under a load that it takes more time to stop without throwing everything forward in the truck. Those brakes are made to stop really heavy stuff, and when we’re not pulling , need more stopping distance. People that do stuff like this, think it gives them power over you. It doesn’t. It just makes you look really stupid. Most of us got more experience in our one pinky, then most of these drivers will even have in their entire life.

Listen want to bring the country together? Ban semi's from the express lanes. The other day it was $12 to get on the express lane (the single lane one) and as I got further up the road I noticed a line of traffic backed up on it. I was passing everyone on the expressway and I was going 70 and I genuinly ended up passing the semi they were all behind. I know those people were mad when the semi is not even going the speed limit

People complaining about truckers going to slow or whatever which I agree some do but some are also governed at a specific speed set by the company so they can’t go any faster it’s not there fault it’s the company making the trucks like that

a lot of commercial semis retread the trucks tires by gluing on a new tread if applied wrong those fly off and the truck would’ve gotten caught up in it and crashed I’d rather cut you off and you be mad for a second than having an airbag explode in my face and medical bills but that’s just me
