in chile we make a fried Dough made with pumpkin puree, wheat flour, tallow and salt. We call them "sopaipillas" and it Is a Staple food in the winter. We eat them with savory or sweet toppings 🥰

ginataang halo halo. it's pumpkin, string beans, eggplant, bitter gourd, coconut milk, shrimp paste, you can add protien but mostly it's just plain. you can also remove the shrimp paste and just use salt. it's a filipino dish

I cut open pumpkin in half, put cooked chicken and cheese inside it and bake/ steam. Yum !!!

I made a pumpkin soup like you would do with a butternut squash, and it was so delicious because I roasted the pumpkin first with garlic. I made sweet pumpkin pancakes and those were really good! And I was eating pumpkin for like a week! Lol

when me and my family carve pumpkins for Halloween, i save as much of the pumpkin guts as i can and i roast the seeds with cinnamon and other spices, and use the insides for pumpkin spice bread!!
