@nbcconnecticut: The attorney representing Kimberly Sullivan, the woman accused of holding her stepson captive for years in Waterbury, is asking a judge to review confidential records belonging to Sullivan’s daughter. In a Motion for Disclosure filed Oct. 15 in Waterbury Superior Court, Sullivan’s attorney, Ioannis Kaloidis, writes, “There are reasonable grounds to believe that the failure to disclose and produce these materials will impermissibly impair the defendant’s fundamental constitutional rights to confrontation and due process of law.”
they know I can testify it's whether or not the judge is going to allow it
