OOOOOHHH I GOT ONE!!!! In 2008 I was sent back to Ft. Leonard Wood from Ft McCoy with a memorandum from the acting assistant post commander saying that I was supposed to be med boarded after my SECOND myocardial infarction that happened WHILE ON DUTY and instead of doing said med board, the 955th Engineer Company just ETSed me and told me it was my problem. The VA 20 years later ADMITTED THAT I SHOULD HAVE BEEN MED BOARDED but only back paid me 8 MONTHS and then told me I'd basically have to sue/go to court to get medical retirement like I should have gotten, and that wasn't their problem. Sounds like I got defrauded, do I get the backpay and the snitch pay???
