you said relaxing right? wherever I relax breathe like you said horizontally, diaphragm goes down but chest lift up. Is this right?

You explained it wrong, you shouldnt be breathing in the upper chest, idk why you point the arrow up as the shoulders dont move at all, and the upper chest moves little . Inhaling mainly expands medium-lower part of the ribcage in all dimensions, while belly slightly moves out .

lol no , so first fix posture by engaging obleques and tilt ur pelvis towards abdomen basically engaging core , try to expand your thoracic cavity (ribcage) this creates uneven pressure outside form inside. naturally air comes in like its intended to i still like this guy sm pls post more posture edits 🙏

The end goal is that you shouldnt even think of breathing. The breath is not supposed to make noise. The breath simply comes in as your rib cage expands. The cue to breathe in to the ears will not necesseraly engage the proper action. It should be more that you rib cage expands in the back and sides and the air comes in and out. If the person's rib cage cannot properly expand, they won't understand and the cue is not exact. They should be instructed to train to expand their rib cage back and sense the air coming in and out without sucking it ny the contraction and expansion of your rib cage.

Every time I try to breathe correctly into my back my air passages feel very chocked and stuffed, is it because tight airways, recessed mandible or a problem with like adenoids?
