@glavnyrazbor: Breaking news. Trump spoke with Putin and Zelensky, but the outcomes were very different. First, Trump spoke with Putin. The US president admitted he was disappointed, saying Putin was not ready to end the war. According to Trump, the conversation made no progress. Moscow, he suggested, was still unwilling to discuss ending the conflict. But that was not the end of the story. Trump then spoke with Zelensky, and the tone was very different. The Ukrainian president described the conversation as important and productive. The main focus was Ukraine’s air defense. The two discussed strengthening Ukraine’s air defenses following new Russian strikes on Kyiv. Zelensky said US proposals had received support. But one question remains. Could this mean reports of a complete halt to US assistance may prove unfounded? The timing, however, was alarming. As Trump spoke with Putin, Russian missiles were striking Kyiv. Some argue that diplomacy must continue. Others say talks alone are no longer enough. The question now is whether these conversations will lead to concrete action.
