Unfortunately, we can miss cancelations and you can get stuck with a late cancel fee if you only email your provider instead of reaching out to the front desk. To avoid complications, call us and let us know which appointment you would like canceled or rescheduled! At The Journey Within, our cancelation policy includes we need 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling so we will be able to fill your spot. If that doesn't happen and you no show because you thought your provider would cancel it, you will get stuck with a fee.
