mujeh almost 3 months hogaye hain rovista use kartay hoye . abi recent test k baad mera cholestrol kam hogaya hai. ab mujeh rovista chorni hai. tho mai apni cholestrol ko kaisay normal rakho means kya parhaiz karna hai takay cholestrol kam he rahay.
