as someone who's been there: I would never go to Oxford street to see buses, I would go there to shop. And the cars and buses just make the street less safe and more noisy. If I want to see buses or taxis, I would go to other areas. Also there are several tube stations along Oxford street, making it so easy to get there

I’m from another country, in Africa, and go every year to UK for holidays, and I loved seeing the cars and buses roaming this area. I think removing them will be bad idea, as it looses it’s essential attraction. And they should also think of the elderly who can’t walk a lot, who also are good shoppers.
