its not a sticker, its recognition of effort and this is something that us sadly missing in modern society. even innthe workplaces, senior management often miss the point and effect of proper recognition, it can have a more positive effect than even a small wage rise.

Stickers are badges of accomplishment they show what you've done and where you've been. During tech conferences you'll literally see Senior Tech people go to sticker exchanges where they share stuff they've made or they've gotten from other conferences [Big LOL]
