Dubai provides excellent facilities, safety, security, and opportunities for people from many different countries. For many expatriates like me, Dubai is not just a place to work; it has become our second home. I am truly grateful to Dubai and its leadership for giving people like us the opportunity to build our careers and support our families. However, I would like to make one humble and respectful request. I kindly ask the government and employers to give more consideration to employees' salaries, work experience, and years of service. Many employees work hard for 5, 10, or even more years, but their salaries often remain the same despite their growing experience, responsibilities, and living expenses. Life can become very challenging when salaries do not increase along with the cost of living. Employees work hard every day to contribute to their companies and to Dubai's continued growth and success. I sincerely hope that more attention will be given to regular salary reviews, fair salary increases based on experience and performance, and better opportunities for hardworking employees. **A happy and financially secure employee can contribute even more to the success of a company and the development of Dubai.** I have great respect for Dubai, its government, and its leadership. My intention is not to complain, but to share a genuine concern and a hopeful request for the future of hardworking employees. **Dubai will always have a special place in my heart. It is my second home, and I wish continued peace, prosperity, progress, and success for Dubai and its wonderful leadership.** Thank you, Dubai, for everything. 🇦🇪❤️
