people are scared of 24 team playoff cause then teams that have been deemed "less than" can get in and win. less control over narrative we've been fed that certain divisions are leagues better.

Those who are complaining about it or the SEC schools who know they’re never going to dominate like they have when car dealerships would give players money under the table. Now you have high-tech guys giving money above board and they don’t have the high-tech money.

I think that the largest opponents of the 2014 playoff are those that are perpetually at the very top of the college football world because a smaller playoff benefits them expanding to a 24 team playoff benefits those teams more that tend to land in that 24 to 12 range that are often the overachieving teams the teams that with great coaching or some luck end up having a great season every now and then but they’re not part of that college football elite Blue Bloods that are perpetually at the top that get the benefit of the doubt with two or three losses that Are able to pay for the top players in all of college football they benefit meaning the those in that kind of second tier of college football enormously from the 2014 playoff where even if they do lose one game, they can still get into the playoff where in Alabama or Georgia or Notre Dame can lose maybe two games or even three games someday and still get into the 12 team playoffand now it opens that up and I think also it will help teams feel like there’s still something to play for if they do have a couple of bad games in their season there they go 10 and two and our number 20 in the country. It feels like there’s more to play for and there’s a chance like there is with college basketball to hit a hot streak towards the end of the season, we may be at the beginning of the season. Things weren’t so great for you.

The league should only be eight conferences. Then you have a 16 team playoff for the conference championships. Win and you’re in.

Not sure why Eisen believes the rich will get richer with a 24 team playoff. It will be the same proportion as it is now. And if there’s a salary cap which we believe there will be then it helps the lower teams. And who is to say who will be the the Rich teams. Look at Indiana Cuban give them a lot of money they go from last to first.
