Kicking things off with this creamy chicken tortellini made in one-pan 🤌 Ingredients 🍝 -Olive oil -1 chicken breast, diced -Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder & Italian seasoning -1/2 small onion, diced -Minced garlic -Tomato paste -2 cups chicken broth -1 package cheese tortellini -1/4 cup heavy cream -1 bag fresh spinach -1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Directions ⏲️ 1. Heat olive oil in a large pan and cook the diced chicken with seasonings. 2. Add onion and cook until softened, then stir in garlic and tomato paste. 3. Pour in chicken broth, add tortellini, and simmer until tender and chicken is fully cooked. 4. Stir in heavy cream, spinach, and Parmesan until creamy and the spinach wilts. 5.
