Example: the family I babysit for goes to a gym I like but it’s very expensive so I asked if instead of paying me when I babysit if they can just pay for my gym membership. And they said yes. It’s a win win because I get to better myself and meet new people and they win because anytime they need me I will be there. They also know not to abuse it tho! I love a win win!!
