@itstherespawn: Sources confirm Star Wars Battlefront 3 is officially in the works with EA DICE and Respawn A new report from Variety says that Star Wars Battlefront 3 is officially happening, with EA studios DICE and Respawn teaming up to develop it. Reflecting on the success of last year’s Battlefield 6, EA executives said that they’ll ‘be bringing together Respawn and DICE studios to collaborate on a future project.’ While EA didn’t confirm what that project would be, sources confirmed to Variety that it will be Star Wars Battlefront 3 for Lucasfilm. This all comes following news that EA is set to lay off 3% of its employees, resulting in around 400 staff members across its studios. The company also announced its plans to shut down Mass Effect and Dragon Age studio, BioWare, alongside canceling development of Mass Effect 5. #starwars #gaming #ea #masseffect
