The notebooking post went viral, and you guys had so many incredible questions! 📓 If you are overthinking this, take a deep breath. Notebooking isn't as hard as it seems. Basically, Notebooking = Narration (them telling you what they learned) + a visual component. That’s it! Here are the top questions I’ve been getting in my DMs: 🔸️How often do you do this? Usually just 1–2 times a week! You do not need to notebook every single day. 🔸️What subjects do you notebook? We find it easiest to accomplish with History and Science, but you can absolutely use it for literature, geography, or anything else! 🔸️How do you separate subjects? I don’t! We use ONE notebook for everything. We just turn to the next blank page and keep going. 🔸️What if my kid struggles with writing? For younger kids, just have them copy one sentence from the book. For older kids, let them copy a favorite quote. If writing is a massive struggle, let them voice-text their narration on a phone or tablet, print it out, and glue it in! 🔸️What if my child hates drawing and coloring? Adding a creative component (like drawing) is fun, but if they hate drawing or coloring, don't force it. Just print a picture from Google for them to paste in! Also, I have often found its all about finding the right medium, some kids like crayons and others paint, so offer a wide variety! What other notebooking questions do you have? Drop them below and let's troubleshoot! 👇 #homeschoolersoftiktok #homeschool #homeschooling #homeschoolingmom #learningathome
