The mascara is amazing if you have slightly short, average or long eyelashes. I am not sure how it works with super short ones but it genuinely is amazing for average lashes but it is super waterproof. It's okay if it doesn't work on you but like apply more it seems like you are not putting it on add more layers, application does matter many people do mascara wrong. It might still not work not denying but your application is off
