I'm a dog owner, I love dogs. But I'm also very aware not everyone likes dogs or wants to be bothered by them. If you have a dog what just goes up to random people they should be on a lead. Doesn't matter if your dog is friendly. It's just about being respectful to others. Woman with the the dog should of just said sorry and got on with her day.....
