Wonton Gravy 🥟 This dish just feels like home 🤎 It’s cozy, comforting and so easy to make. This dish is inspired by a popular Thai dish called Rad Na. Traditionally, Rad Na is made with rice noodles and a savory gravy. I didn’t have rice noodles, so I used wonton wrappers instead and honestly, it turned out SO good. 🤤 Ingredients For the meat gravy: • 500 g ground meat • 2–3 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tbsp oyster sauce • 1 tsp sugar • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced • White pepper, to taste • half tsp Salt, to taste (optional) • Neutral oil, for cooking • 300 ml water Vegetables: • Pak choi For thickening: • 1 tbsp cornstarch or tapioca starch • 2 tbsp cold water Mix the starch with cold water to make a slurry. Add it gradually to the simmering gravy while stirring, until it reaches your desired thickness. For the wontons: • Wonton wrappers You can also use rice noodles if you want to 🥢 Meat choices: You can also use Pork, chicken, beef or seafood all work really well. You can use sliced meat, shrimp, squid or whatever you prefer there are so many options, and they all taste great in this dish. 🥢 Vegetable substitutions: You can also use broccoli, carrots, baby corn or Chinese broccoli (gai lan) if you prefer. #wontongravy #wonton #asianfoods #EasyRecipes #FoodTok
