Seems you used grated cheese but didn’t mention it. I do something similar with broccoli but also add panko and grated parmegano riggiano and then air fry it

Serious question: how do you get the cauliflower dry enough to sauté a crisp after boiling it? A lot of paper towel and air dry? Suggestions?

My Mother used to bake cauliflower in some type of white creamy sauce. She’s passed away now so what it was is lost to me. We had it with roasted beef and other baked and steamed vegetables. Simple food, but delicious and missed. 🥰
