I hate tipping now. . we all work. hard but I have to give extra for what, your job is to take my food order and bring it to me in a fast polite manner that is the bare minimum. Now if you go above and beyond that then yes ,but no tipping for doing just the job.

im from the UK and i went to a restaurant that automatically added a tip. I said im paying for what we ordered, we don't tip in the UK, especially not automatically added.

Tipping was created by restaurants so they didnt have to pay them full wage. Also suppose to make the person work harder too. To reach for the reward which is the tip money. Big scam.

tip= gratuity, gratuity = gratitude, if your not happy with the service then no need to tip. simple as that. and it's not required to give a insane amount. 10 bucks on a $50 or 100 bill is perfectly fine
