@therootnews: Rep. Ilhan Omar (D) is speaking out after federal agents searched her Washington, D.C., home last week, saying the raid was intended to intimidate her. In her first interview since the Oct. 12 search, @ilhanmn said agents woke her at 6 a.m. by pounding on her door. The search lasted four to five hours, with as many as 25 agents removing 17 items, including notebooks and old phones. The warrant cited potential violations involving immigration fraud, false statements in immigration proceedings and conspiracy.
